The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program, launched in 2020, has garnered participation from hundreds of thousands of students and tens of thousands of corporate partners, universities, schools, practitioners, lecturers, and various other stakeholders. The Kampus Merdeka policy has emerged as a transformative movement in higher education across Indonesia.
